Total Support: Total cover for your hardware, software and network infrastructure including helpdesk, telephone, remote and onsite support. Our engineers have many years of experience in supporting a huge range of products on several platforms. We recognise that downtime is extremely costly and our response times are second to none. Ideal for the customer who is heavily IT dependant

Remote Support: Cover for all you IT support issues that can be accessed remotely. Helpdesk, telephone and remote support are the standard elements of a remote support package. We can remotely access your PC or server quickly using technologies VPN, remote desktop, Logmein and VNC. Site visits will be an agreed hourly cost. Ideal for customers where few site visits are required.

Block Buy Support: You can buy total support or remote support from us in blocks of time. The block of time cover has the same high standard of cover as total support or remote support maintenance options, depending on what option was chosen. Ideal for customers whose support requirements vary.
